About Geddes Farm

A family owned Michigan farm established in 1864, Geddes Farm is dedicated to simple, pure, sustainable farming and great, back-to-our-roots food.  We raise Cheviots, a Scottish breed of sheep from the Cheviot Mountains bordering Scotland and England. Our naturally grown produce is interesting with many heirloom varieties.  We do not use pesticides and herbicides. Our produce is available:

• At select local Detroit and Saginaw area restaurants (including Forest and Zana in Birmingham, Selden Standard in Detroit, The Maple Grille in Hemlock)

• By purchasing one of a limited amount of premium Lamb Shares (when available). Reserve your lamb share online - Quantities are very limited. **2 WHOLE LAMBS ARE AVAILABLE FOR MARCH 2026 PROCESSING (SOLD OUT)
